On October 21, 2021, we again proudly join more than 56,000 credit unions around the world to celebrate International Credit Union (ICU) Day. Unsurprisingly, this year’s theme, “building financial health for a brighter tomorrow,” is one we stand behind wholeheartedly.
ICU Day highlights the many ways credit unions across the world help members improve their financial health and well-being. We are a cooperative financial institution owned by our members, which means we exist to support you, not to make a profit. We do this by returning profits to our members in the form of high rates on deposit accounts and low rates on loans.
