Here’s what you need to know
While we were able to expand our branch hours in October, the recent surge in COVID-19 cases has caused us to reevaluate. Beginning on Monday, December 7 and continuing until further notice, access to our branches will be available by appointment only. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to make the best decisions possible to keep our members, employees and communities safe.
Call your local branch to schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday–Wednesday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Thursday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Drive-up hours will remain unchanged:
Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Thursday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Our Easthampton branch continues to operate Thursday—Saturday with drive-up access only during the following hours:
Thursday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Our lobby doors will be locked, and you will be admitted only with an appointment. Of course, if you are sick or if you’ve been in contact with someone with the COVID-19 virus, please refrain from visiting our branches. Masks must be worn during appointments.
We ask that you continue to use our drive-up windows to perform standard transactions whenever possible. Please also remember the ease and convenience offered by our online banking service, Freedom@Home, through which you can conduct the majority of your business, from paying bills to transferring funds and even applying for loans.
We also wanted to provide you with advance notice about our holiday schedule:
- Thursday, December 24: All branches and drive-ups close at 1:00 PM
- Friday, December 25: Closed
- Saturday, December 26: Closed
- Friday, January 1: Closed
