We began reopening our branch lobbies in June after the pandemic shutdown, and thanks in no small part to the efforts of our staff and members in following state guidelines and social distancing requirements, we are pleased to announce that we will be updating branch access with expanded hours beginning on Monday, October 26.
The updated lobby hours at our branches will be:
Monday–Wednesday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
Thursday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Drive-up hours will continue:
Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Thursday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Our Easthampton branch will continue to operate Thursday—Saturday with drive-up access only during the following hours:
Thursday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
We ask that you continue to use our drive-up windows to perform standard transactions whenever possible as we must still comply with governmental guidance on occupancy limits. Please note our doors will still be locked even though our hours have been expanded. Appointments are strongly encouraged. Of course, if you are sick or if you’ve been in contact with someone with the COVID-19 virus, please refrain from visiting our branches. Masks must be worn in branch lobbies.
To make it as convenient as possible for you to conduct your banking without having to visit a branch, we have continued to expand our online and mobile banking services. For example, we now offer the ability for you to easily make automatic or one-time online loan payments.
