We were recently honored as one of the top lenders in the state by the Massachusetts Housing Partnership’s ONE Mortgage Program, ranking #6. The program is designed for low-to-moderate income first-time homebuyers who want to purchase a primary residence in the state of Massachusetts with only a 3% down payment. The interest rates on this program are lower than a conventional mortgage loan and require no private mortgage insurance. Geographically, the program reached 152 cities and towns across the Commonwealth, with the most in Boston (96), followed by Springfield (60).
