Terms and Conditions for Freedom Credit Union’s Bright Nights Register to Win Drawing
Freedom Credit Union (“Freedom”) is having a prize drawing to celebrate the holiday season. This contest is open to anyone (“person”) who is age 18 or older and a member of Freedom Credit Union. There is no purchase necessary to enter.
Starting Monday, November 10, 2025, and ending Monday, December 1, 2025 at 12 PM EST, individuals who enter online using the entry form on Freedom.coop will have the opportunity to enter the drawing. Limit one entry per person. There are a total of twenty (20) prizes and there will be one (1) winner per prize. Winners will be drawn and notified by December 5, 2025. All prizes that are valued in excess of $27 are reported as taxable income to the IRS. Prize winners will receive an IRS form 1099 for their winnings.
A qualified person must meet the following eligibility requirements. Individuals must be 18 years or older to be eligible to win. Freedom employees, Board members, any immediate family members of those employees, advertising agencies, affiliates and volunteers are not eligible to participate.
Each winner is responsible for paying any applicable taxes, including, without limitation, income taxes.
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.
Winners will be notified by phone by Friday, December 5, 2025, and can pick up their passes at any Freedom Credit Union location. There is no substitution for awarded prizes. The winner may be asked to consent to their name and photograph being published in the credit union’s newsletter, for internet purposes or displayed in a branch lobby. Consent to publication is not required.
Freedom Credit Union assumes no liability for situations, repairs, or incidents arising from any aspect of prizes awarded in this contest. Freedom Credit Union, its advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees, and immediate families of each are absolved and shall be held harmless from any action or liability arising from any prize awarded.
Freedom Credit Union shall have no responsibility for contestant’s inability or failure to participate, failure to win or claim any prize based on malfunction or difficulties with telephone, cell phone, texting, U.S. Mail, email, or internet access or any other circumstances in contest beyond Freedom Credit Union’s control.
