Taking a walk is good for your health, but during the month of May, it can also help improve the health of others. Walk MS® 2021 will be a virtual event this year, and whether you choose to walk, donate or both, we hope you’ll join us as we move to end MS all this month. We are accepting cash donations at all our branches for this important cause through Saturday, May 29.
About the National MS Society
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the communications signals within the brain, and between the body and the brain. There are a wide range of symptoms that can include numbness and tingling, mood changes, memory problems, pain, fatigue, blindness, paralysis and more, all of which may be temporary or permanent.
The largest private funder of MS research in the world, the National MS Society has invested more than $1 billion to date toward developing solutions to help people overcoming the challenges of living with MS and for research funding.
All funds raised throughout our May Month of Giving campaign will benefit Walk MS® 2021 and the National MS Society. Thank you in advance for your support!
