MAX is also available by phone at (800) 821-0160, enhancing your experience with seamless access to a range of transactions.
To access MAX by phone:
- Call (800) 821-0160.
- Enter your PIN. If you are new to telephone banking, your default PIN will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number. If you are a previous Memberline user, your PIN remains the same.
- Listen to prompts and use short, simple answers to get the support you need (such as “check balance” or “transfer funds”).
