Freedom Credit Union Notice of 2023 Annual Meeting of the Membership
In accordance with Article XII, Section 2 of the bylaws of Freedom Credit Union, notice is hereby given that the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Membership will be held:
Wednesday, April 19, 2023
Registration begins at 5:30 PM, meeting held from 6–7 PM
Basketball Hall of Fame, 1000 Hall of Fame Avenue, Springfield MA
The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to transact the following:
- To give notice of the Annual Meeting;
- To elect four (4) members to the Board of Directors; and
- To transact any and all business that may legally come before the meeting.
If you have your own primary share savings account, you have equal ownership and one vote in the credit union. Those Directors whose terms are standing for re-election are:
- William O’Brien
- Rory Santaniello
- Brian Harrington
- William Flaherty
Candidates for the Board of Directors must qualify as to membership (minimum three months as a member). They must signify their intention in writing to the Clerk, in care of Glenn Welch, 1976 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01103 at least 30 days prior to the annual meeting. Nominations will not be accepted from the floor.
