Our Chief Lending Officer, Jeffrey Smith, was recently part of a panel discussion about “The 4 Ps of HELOC success: pricing, products, promotion, and people.” Of these, Smith noted that at Freedom Credit Union, “People are the most important element.”
He further explained, “You need to have the best people and processes in place to process your loans efficiently.”
